Reconstructed’s long-awaited second volume: Bodies is now available for pre-order throughout the month of February! Vol 2 is rich in interpretations of bodies, as experienced and imagined by 42 contributors from around the world, ages 15-64. Orders will be mailed in early March 2021.

During a time when the world is both concerned with, and bewildered by, bodies, we invite you to experience variant understandings of bodies through our contributors’ pieces and our interviews with Hend Al-Mansour, Noor Pervez, Hanif Abdurraqib, Mirrored Fatality, and Darien Alexander Williams.

For transparency around cost, printing each magazine (210 pages) cost $22 dollars, shipping costs between $8-$30 dollars, depending on zip code, and the remaining funds have been split between our designer and Guest Editor for their labor and time. Reconstructed has made no money off of the print magazine, and is committed to redistributing what we receive unless explicitly stated otherwise in the future. We have added a lower-cost Digital Download and are hoping to code a free digital experience for it as well in the Spring.
